BioMaster Highline
The BioMaster Highline is our luxury model with lots of extra features which can be adapted to the food waste in any industrial kitchen. The BioMaster Highline has several programs and can be adjusted so that the shredder can process different kinds of food waste during the day e.g. cut waste in the daytime and buffet waste in the evening. Furthermore, it can be adjusted to shred complex types of materials such as brewing and shellfish waste. Highline uses 50% less water than previous series and is provided with a rinsing program which clean the knife and funnel in 60 seconds – ensuring the shredder is always clean. BioMaster Highline is the waste shredder for the busy kitchen that wishes to dispose of all forms of food waste in a green and hygienic way.

Important:
The BioMaster series complies as the only one on the market with current legislation with reference to DS/EN 1717, which ensures no contamination of drinking water as well as complying with generel requirements to back current preventer for category 5 (food waste from kitchens).
